All NM ceramics tableware is made using glazes suitable for food-contact applications. Finished ceramic pieces are also periodically laboratory tested for the release of lead and cadmium to verify their suitability for contact with food.

The tested samples showed no detectable release of lead or cadmium within the laboratory’s stated detection limits.
